Return and Refund Policy
These Skitty Beauty and Wellness Standard Return and Refund Policies are applicable only to:
– Products purchased directly from www.skitty.com.ph and Skitty Beauty and Wellness Stores
– Products in the same condition as purchased: Un-damaged contents, packaging, and set
The buyer must inform Skitty Beauty and Wellness the reason of return or refund and ship the merchandise back within 7 days for local orders and 20 days for international orders from the date that the product was ordered. Failing to do so will confirm acceptance as good and fit for purpose.
All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully pack the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 10 day period for local orders and 30 days for international orders. Skitty Beauty and Wellness reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
Products returned to Skitty Beauty and Wellness due to wrong/misspelled addresses, names, or any details that the customer provided is not the responsibility of the company. Please check your address and other shipping information carefully when placing an order.
While Skitty Beauty and Wellness does not sell any illegal and controlled products, we are not responsible if the product was held or confiscated by customs or the authorities of the destination country. Before placing an order, you should contact your local customs office and inquire about import regulations and ask if the product you are ordering is prohibited.
A 20% re-stocking fee applies for all returns and refunds. Exceptions may be granted at the discretion of Skitty Beauty and Wellness on a case-to-case basis.
